Big Nursery Updates This Weekend

Sarah and I made some major updates to the baby nursery this weekend! It is super fun to see it start to come together. We are doing a barn yard theme and we found these super cool wall decals on etsy.com and we put them up this weekend. They are farm related nursery rhymes...









Over the past few weeks, we stripped and painted this dresser we got from Sarah's parents. The dresser was Becky's (Sarah's mom) dresser from her childhood. We added some cute decals and now we are just awaiting our hand painted barnyard drawer pulls...also from etsy.com...




Sarah refinished a changing table that she got from a coworker...


We hung this adorable comforter that was the inspiration for the barnyard theme...


And we are beginning to collect things to fill up the bookshelves...


It is really fun to see a baby's room start to emerge from our guest bedroom!

Sarah is officially showing! Here is a picture of her at the District 112 Teacher of the Year celebration! How exciting for Potsticker to have a mommy who is teacher of the year!

Sarah and I also registered for Potsticker at Target! It was weird to pick out things for an unknown baby...especially when we won't know the gender! Lots of Green!

Sarah and I go in for an ultra sound on Friday and I promise to have some video (Sarah got a flip cam for her birthday!)
