Tomorrow is the big day!

It is hard to believe that tomorrow is the big day! Finally! After nine months of anticipation, I am going to be a dad! It feels so weird to say that!

We spent the weekend preparing ourselves both mentally and physically. It is hard to think of anything else. Luckily, we had my cousin Trace's birthday party yesterday to keep our minds off baby for a bit. Otherwise, it has been eating out and shopping to prepare for baby. Not to mention lots of sleep.

Friends and family have been super supportive and reassuring about the c-section! It has been great to hear about everyone's positive experiences. We met with Amber, our doula today too. She herself had a c-section and was able to talk through everything with us. She will be there tomorrow and possibly even in the operating room, if the hospital lets us! Her support has been awesome...I would recommend everyone get a doula!

So, I sign off for tonight! I assume that my next blog post will be after Potsticker joins this world...and hopefully isn't called Potsticker anymore!
